Anonymous, 09 Mar 2015So even if i get a snapdragon s5 i still face the issue of ... moreyeah samsung touch wiz is really really laggy.my first phone was a core and i promised myself never to buy a sammy.moderate usage will get you to almost 2days...heavy usage will get you around a day may be more.again battery life depends on your defination of moderate and heavy usage.i am a heavy user by the way and i still have 20-30%battery the next morning.one thing thats great though if you put z3c on standby with stamina on and use it for some calls,sms and checking few mails only it lasts for DAYYYYYYYYS.i really dont think the glass self cracks.the 1st THING THAT A PHONE MANUFACTURER DOES AFTER DESIGNING A PHONE IS TO STRESS TEST THE PHONE UNDER HARSHEST CONDITIONS.THEY WONT RELEASE A PHONE IF THEY FOUND FAULT.

Z3c is really expensive ... morexperia m4 aqua is the best option with ANDROID 5.0 lollipop :Cutting edge water resistance: OCTA Core snapdragon 615. and very resonable price
Of course.M..4 is better than even galaxy S6

Tnx for the reply mates thats the only thing i'm concern about z3c i think self cracking issue is not true at all.. Phones are made to be durable not to crack by itself or self destruck lol..
Oh can i ask another question??
How about the battery life? Can u have 2 full days using this phone on a moderate to heavy usage??

Z3c is really expensive ... moreyour s5 overheats because it has a exynos processor.SAMSUNG RELEASES COOL SNAPDRAGONS WORLDWIDE BUT OVERHEATING EXYNOS IN ASIA.and regarding z3c-it does NOT overheat AT ALL.yeah,it gets warm on prolonged gaming sessions,but i will vouch for the fact that watching movies or mild gaming will never make it hot.that being said-the ui of z3c is very smooth as compared to touch wiz.i have not used a s5-but touch wiz on all sam phones are laggy.

Z3c is really expensive here in the philippines so i want to spend my money on a real and usable phone..
I have galaxy s5 last year and it overheats a lot.. Touchwiz is loggy and slow.. Thats why i switch back on my old phone its a great phone fast and smooth but the problem is battery cant even last a day with moderate usage.. So i want to try z3c cuz of battery life and ip ratings and i hope its not loggy and slow just like the other brand..
Really want this phone but because of bad expirience on samsungs flagship im douting to buy another android phone.. So i really need a lot of help and comments about z3c..

Like everyday usage texting,calling,web browsing or gaming?? Im really concern about this phones overheating problem cuz i've owned glaxy s5 and it overheats a lot cant even enjoy watching movies and gaming because of the heating problem..
So i want to know if this phone overheats a lot.. Tnx..

Perfect size for me. long lasting battery life. good for gaming and if you're outdoor no worries on draining battery life. thanks sony

new user, 07 Mar 2015i want to get either z3 or z3 compact. so lil bit confuse h... moreI got the compact and yah its true that it was the best compact phone. .the dif. Of the two was z3 got more ppi and got more battery mhaa. Its up to you, if you prefered a small and pocket smartphone then its the compact, but if you prepared large phone then z3. They are both very very good when its come to battry life. Mined, i charged it once a day, i used it for texting, calling, playing coc, alphat 8 and arcane legend and browsing. .
When i tried the two and test it on antutu benmRk the compact got more total score than the z3.

I was in the list of first few buyers paid 45k and for your kind information my phone was self cracked and then I went service center but they refused to service it as this was looking like little scratch.
LaSt month front screen somehow started pumping(I was able to press screen inside phone like that) again i went service center and this time without any question they replaced my front screen also small rear crack gone.
so what I ll suggest everyone that just don't buy any Sony phones also its March and we don't know when they will roll out android L update every other brand enjoying this and please don't tell rolling this updates takes time as this is for every brand right.
I see no future for Sony in smartphone market they're not upto the mark for top notch smartphones.
Unfortunately m a Sony smartphone user and very much disappointed with service services.
Better go for iPhone that won't take you to service center within first week of buy trust me.

the cracking glass is a hoax created by people who drop their phones roughly and want sony to replace their phones under wareanty because the glass supposedly self cracked.

I would like to buy it but here in Thailand this phone is even more expensive than the flagship S5, and has no resell value. No wonder i still haven't see someone with a Z3 compact or Z3.
Even if it is probably a good phone Sony should be more realistic with its pricing.

I have this phone and I love it. Far and away the best out of 8 different models I've owned. Fast as blazes, stunning display, perfectly sized for one-handed use, and a battery that just won't die. Sony is doing absolute magic with their screen drivers that bring all images to life.

The is a major fault with this device - the magnetic charging point comes away from the phone after a few months of usage, leaving it unchargeable (without using the fiddly port) and exposed to dust and water.

I had my Z3 compact for 2 months and the rear panel cracked, for no reason. The phone was never dropped. It just cracked. I am so disappointed. This phone is such a great phone but this cracking issue does not make the phone worth while.
