I like Sony Xperia z3 style, looking, amazing camera etc. But no body like heating probelm. Ussd is the most important part. I can't see my account balance. U feel it. if you are having issues with your device along with some others it doesn't mean that you are the majority, there are millions of happy users out there, so keep whining if you like, but don't take it for granted that all users are having the same miserable experience that you are having with your device
So the way I see it... you live miserably @ your whining world Mr. RiAz477 and may god help Sony to put up with such ignorance

When changing Your Sony Xperia Z3 Dual show remaing minutes? Are u sure ur device very Cool after playing games(Clash of clan). Are u sure using mobile data(without WiFi) your device cool? Are you sure you device cool after simply(excess 4k) using camera. Hmm every android device hot after playing games, many time browsing Internet. It's OK. But Sony hot uncomfortable. Just need 2 minutes. This time I can't receive any call. It's not only me. Many many Sony Xperia user. Many people avoid Sony Xperia. Only cause it's heating problem. Sony developer great job.

go to : Settings > about phone > Software update
or you can just connect it to a PC with a PC companion installed and it shall automatically indicate if the update is ready for you,
if not, you may have to wait a little longer as the update takes a while to reach all users,
I have received mine OTA a few days ago, and it is going smooth so far without any bugs or issues, and it made the UI faster and more responsive than ever in addition to the change log details,

Sony did a good job with this update, it effected the UI interaction respectively in addition to the updates of the change log provided for this update (loving the home screen rotation and the drop down lists for Wifi and Bluetooth...)
updated my Z3 dual OTA three days ago and no bugs so far.

My device is getting hot while browsing or using whatsapp for 15 minutes contentiously or camera is on for few minutes. please advise what to do in order the device keeps the temperature normal. Android version 5.1.1

Many person facing problem USSD not running. But Sony developer no response to fix this problem. Really very sad for us. I can't see my account balance. Now think the problem. But Sony developer think it's nothing. I contact online customer care. Told me network operators problem. It's very funny for us. Lol lol.I said many people suffer this problem. Then he said it's network problem.I 5 time repair my z3 dual device.but same probem. Unresponsivale company. I send screen record in Sony Facebook page. But no reply me. Worst phone.!!!!!!

the lower speaker is working alone while ringing
but both work well in music app

Iv updated my Z3 dual with official 5.1.1 last Thursday... The phone have many bugs and I reset hardly but now the major issue is ussd code not working... if anyone have solution for this thanks to advise ...

Heating problem with Z3... Not at all... Just coz it has a glass n metal body, it does tend to heat up soon... But that hardly affects the overall performance... Even heavy games run like a breeze
