My z3 dual stuck since yestarday,anyone know how to solve it please?

I've had a D6633 dual model for 2 years now. Good performance overall. However, the battery had to be replaced in 4-5 months as it just didn't hold charge. Luckily it was under warranty. The micro USB port cover perished after a year but was replaced with a genuine part purchased online for a reasonable price. The camera is not as sharp as on the Samsung phones, too disappointing... Otherwise, the phone looks cool and is super fast too. The dual SIM option can come in handy too and I have had no problem with the external memory card, just make sure you buy a genuine memory card from a respected vendor.

If it cracks then pray that it didn't interfere with the motherboard, you will never repair it money wasted fell once and never fixed afterwards.

Is it true, now that 2G is switched off in Australia, the Sim slot 2 is now useless and doesn't work? Is there a way around this?
