I hope this one comes true, I have a Samsung Note 3, Nokia 1520, and have had Sony phones before. I have been waiting a phone about 6.5 inch screen with a great camera.
To all those that say way to big, I have watched many of my friends go to the new iPhone 5.5 inch screen. Try it you will like it, the larger screen works great for navigation, playing games, movies and many other things.

All devices 7" and above are categorised as tablets, whether they take phone calls or not. Is that difficult to understand ? It does not matter what special features it may have, or how differently it's designed and it certainly doesn't matter whether it's called a fonepad or whatever it's still a tablet which takes calls, end of story.

Phablets typically have screens that measure (diagonally) between 5.3 to 6.9 inches (134 to 180 mm) (source wiki) any way i trust wiki than some foolish people around here :(

I always choose the Ultra over the flagship because I love the 6.4" size, the Z4 looks so silly with those big bexels surrounding a small screen, but what really annoys me is why they always give the Z4 much higher specs than the Ultra and even the compact version gets a better camera. Very aanoying indeed.

Should really have the option for 64gb internal memory and 4gb ram. Also I hope the front facing camera will at least be 5mp.
