Well, I've had two of them. I used one just for 4 months and its dead because of water! so dont alwats trust water proof stuff. Second one I still use but will change soon. So far regular proximity sensor problems. Screen goes blank suddenly and u cant even turn off the call. Its the bloody sensor and it takes few days to repair it in the service. Also back cover breaks very easy but nor a major problem. Headphone jack never works properly. Now, the latest problem these days is bluetooth. As everyone knows heating doesnt even count as a problem on Z5. if u live in a warm climate u dont need a heater in your room on winter! So there are lots of problems with Z5 but its damn fast! Performance is great but relaibility is shit. Its up to u...
I'll go for XA1 Plus now

Got the phone for 2+ years. Works fine however when you try to make a call the screen goes blank. Basically don't try calling any call centres with this phone.

In 2018, did it worth it with it spec and cost? Just use for media social, youtube and browse website only. It cost about $80 USD (about MYR300) in here. So worth it in 2018?

WiFi not found any network only showing turning on... This is the worst phone made by sony. They even remove it from their website although z3+ is still perest. go for Z3+ instead of Z5 although they both heat

I have one,but the heating issue is terrible, (playing PUBG,Youtube,or event charging make its so hot and laggy.
If you realy like the Sony flagships,I advise you to buy atleast xperia xz or the latest Sony flagship.

Its a pretty good phone. But it have heating issues when watch YouTube for too long or some games.
Its a nice phone, very well build from premium materials, if you are not a gamer go ahead if you have a good offer.

Can anyone tell me about sony z5's battery time?????
My sony z5 battery time is 7to 8 hour at talk time and and on 4G network it is hardly 4 hour..

I had this phone and had it on 7.0 nougat, which somehow leak to overheating thus drains your battery power. It is up to you wether you wanna bought it or not.
