Also, no matter what you say, the Note 5 will not be able to stack up with the screen resolution of the Z5 Premium. The design is better on Sony and I bet the camera will destroy the Note 5 and G4 bigtime since the phone is very promising with the image quality based on the initial reviews.

Didn't you know that the 41MP camera of the Pureview was the benchmark of all phones not until the Xperia Z1 came with a 20.7MP which gave it a challenge? iPhone has a good camera but will never hold a candle in any Android flagship phones of the present!

Z5 premium is stronger stylish and having snapdragon 810 which is compatible with 4k display
It doesn't have any overheating issue
Its display is superb
Performance is superb
Having sd memory slot
806 ppi resolution
What u want from a cell phone?
It doesn't have any manufacturing fault like galaxy note 5 s pen etc

My z2 is lying in service center due to poor sim slot quality which suddenly stopped functioning. They don't replace under warranty. Take care guys. Don't end up with a costly brick like mine.

Anonymous, 07 Sep 2015810 is the only chip in the market that is compatible with 4K.They are using "thermal paste" on the chip to alleviate heating issues and Underclocking the chipset, I watched an actual review the gentleman said he was running 4k video and when the phone hit critical heat it automatically shuts the phone down to protect the CPU that has to be a concern

But a high performance, design, quality and new tech can justify a higher price. This phone is packed with new stuff indeed, and some stuff that works better than on other phones, i.e. the fingerprint sensor on the side. I can believe this phone is worth this pricetag more than an iPhone or a Note 5/6 Edge plus for example, cause those phones really are overpriced for what you get. Personally I wouldn't pay such an amount of money for "just" a smartphone while I can get same specs for much less money, but many people will. The main reason for Sony to put the price that high is probably the 4K display, I guess.
