I bought Z Ultra. It worked great and I loved big screen. Unfortunately, the touch screen was broken when I put it in my pocket. The body of the phone is not built with metal but it is plastic. It can easily be broken when we sit that the pocket make it tight and bend. There are several same cases. I hope Sony will build big screen with metal.

Dear sony the phone is great but new software really sucks
1) it has serious performance issue I mean it is crashing a lot it never crashed like this before
2) the phone is heating faster than before
While some of the previous issues have been solved like notification sound but you really need to solve this immediately

Sony Xperia Z Ultra was my first higher end smartphone i bought... and let me tell you i have never been happier... its really good... very fast processor, big screen,awesome graphics and a lot more is in the package.. but just like every other things in the world, it also has some set backs like an 8mp camera without LED flash and also the speakers are kind of not that loud.. but you have to understand that its a waterproof phone thus some setbacks.. if u can ignore these things just as i have, then i would say its just close to perfection... so if you are planning on purchasing it then go ahead and do it but if you are skeptical then maybe try other model or brands... but i am mostly loving for its humongous screen.. :D

Theres lots of hater here, for me the only downside (consider u fine with HUGE Screen now that you consider in getting this awesome monster) is only one - which is the Camera
Personally, i Never feel the camera suffice. I always hope Sony considering in making Z Ultra with Z1 Camera and OBVIOUSLY upgrade and enchance its Secondary camera bcoz they just horrid.
I always found myself in love with camera for iPhone just iPhone is too small!

Its one of the best I have come across, I am using it for two months no glitches at all,,Fastest, steardy, and update to Kitkat made it more worth full

Yesterday I purchased one This Sony Xperia Z ultra.When i done the setting,I am unable to increase the Fontsize which is very much user friendly in Samsung Mega.I don't know why.
The ring tone volume is very very poor,i am loosing a lot of calls.
Any tips to sort this issue please.
