Error while updating my phone via air...I downloaded 2 times 369.3 Mb update but when it reached 100% and when I installed it...it shows 'could not update'...any help...I don't want to update via PC..

I have this phone from last three months
In the beginning it was 4.2.2, no issue at all it is an awesome phone performance was excellent
Then updated it to 4.3 after one month, didn't faced any serious issues as mentioned on Internet, just some minor problem such as slight decrease in performance, sometimes there was no notification sound on incoming message and faster battery drain out in the beginning
Yesterday I updated to 4.4.2 and to my surprise I faced not a single issue mentioned on blogs
Also its performance improved and battery life improved a little bit too
I don't know what others are facing but it may be due to error while downloading or installation
Sometimes it may be due to some permanent errors from previous version because of some malware and viruses occurred in the system as result of downloading containts outside google play or some untrusted source
Only one thing I think is okay google feature of kitkat. I think sony sony should have included it also support for hindi voice input and google earth support for maps in India

Have it for a few monts, be shure to have good warranty, mine stopped charging. I have wifi problems, and cant download torrents (that is googles fault), but nothing beats the huge gorgeous screen. I love it.

Just a great phablet . Big screen big entertainment . Sony really mean it . But camera a little bit frustrating . Overall . Awesome

For all they're upto is to gai... morecan't disagree with that. here in indonesia especially at the capital city, jakarta, which is the largest city in indonesia, sony care sucks!!! they don't allow buyers to update their phones themselves but they always postpone all incoming phones that needed to update in their what place they called : sony "CARE"
i have no complain about the products, they are averagely stunning in almost all newest models but they really need to improve their service centre.

After Sony's update to Kit Kat, my Z Ultra has been behaving wierdly.
- Screen won't turn back on when set to "Sony Stamina"(had to reset, and disable the powersaving mode)
- Screen won't come back on after a call
- Initially battery drains faster than the charger would allow with my standard apps turned on
- Then Battery drains faster than charger is charging with most apps off
- And then battery is not charging properly at all
Most Recent changes:
Started connecting to Pebble Watch (2 weeks ago)
Kitkat Update 1 week back.
The phone is about 8 months old now, and I'm wondering if it's a battery/motherboard issue or something to do with the update (the charging problems started after the Kitkat update)

Updated to 4.4.2...so far so good.. Battery seems to be little going early. Let's see waiting for 4.4.3 which sprint has just released for nexus 5
