Samsung developed the technology (R & R) and now its the best screen technology. Nokia and Motorola are using Amoled screens also.

[deleted post]Dont tell me what flexible OLED is.. I am electrical engineer in R&D design with one of huge chip makers. There is nothing known as flexible processor.. and u can never make a phone without a processor..
Moreoever, dont term sammy has gud innovation, they are the worst, i have seen their innvotation, just copy, and rename. even heard sammy invented anything big? even the chip fabrication is from old daewood days

the samsung s4 looks so awful, both my brothers have recently purchased the s4 and it's so small I was horrified, it just disappears in the hand and it certainly doesn't look nice either. For me it's the sony z ultra all the way, and no it does not look like a brick, it's only 6.4" which is nothing, just imagine what gaming, productivity, watching movies and surfing the web will feel like on that big gorgeous screen and yes I will put it to my face when on the phone, there is nothing wrong with that.

Samsung is boring :-( this phone is huge, but much more sexy than galaxy note 2 and 3 also ;-)
