AnonD-148628, 29 Jun 2013I quite dont understand whats there to fight in opinion sec... moreu urself r so so ryt but not 100% as ur comment is a bit biased... most ppl know S4 uses pentile amoled screen but the fact is its better than any lcd as u can see their comparison in youtube videos n by that i mean the way pictures n texts look in the screen n m not certainly saying about the life as i know amoled has less life n its a fact but who cares if its rgb or pentile as it gives a crystal clear sharper image or text... the magic superclear lcd does with an rgb display is done by pentile amoled n thats its plus point though it has some drawbacks like sunlight visibility which is poor in amoleds but even lcd has many drawbacks... its just matter of taste what ppl like... m not saying lcds r bad but in my opinion if i had to choose in these two i wud definitely go for amoled display n who cares for phone which loses its flagship title in a month as most sammy fans change their phones every year so amoleds life doesnt matter to them... what only matters is unless they r using their phones, they njoy every bit of their display...

Wow... this phone was announced like, 3 days ago and bunch of kiddies bashes this phone like they've used it for gazillion years... seriously, stop it! It's all about user preferences. You may don't like it but people like me will really want this phones.

I would have loved this phone if only it had a decent battery. But the tiny non removable battery is a deal breaker. Why would Sony compromise a huge phone with a ludicrously small battery?

Just put a camera flash and i would not be thinking twice in buying this phone!
I dont understand why dont they put a camera flash.. i mean, is it that jampacked in the mobo that they cant fit in a flash?
Slap on a flash an i would buy it the moment it hits the stores! :D

Just wondering why so many people are desperate for 5" displays, I have a 4.7" 720p LG 4x HD and it is amazingly sharp so why bother purchasing a 5" 1080p smartphone, it doesn't make sense, it's just too sharp. If I was a manufacturer I would certainly not be wasting my time installing a snapdragon 800 chip into a 5" phone, these powerful chips and the 1080p screens should be left to the phablet brigade and certainly those that are 6"+. For me even on a 5.5" screen a 720p resolution is more than adequate, and this is why I am going to purchase this Sony Z Ultra, it has the perfect features and components for it's size. Also the best display technology has to be the Super IPS Plus/True HD IPS displays that LG have been using for both the LG 4x HD and the G Pro, but we shall wait and see what this Triluminous display tech is like, no use comparing yet.

3 of my friends have given away their galaxy note II and moved on to iphone 5. I was surprised to see the note II which is solid with one of my friends who has bought an initial piece (last may) was stuttering like a Note I & bettrey life has diminished too. This is the reason most people still prefer iphone 5 even though it is costlier. The point i am making is samsung is good but far from teh best smart phone out there - i think the new xperia lineup beats it in sturdines & design while mathcing it is performance. I am super happy with my xperia zl

I quite dont understand whats there to fight in opinion section. Why is that everytime we discuss about a phone its always samy samy samy! You like a brand, go for it. Its as simple as that but giving wrong feedback and creating a wrong perception about a phone that is not yet available everywhere doesnt make any sense.
The phone is good, might be targeted at a particular group of people though. As for myself I cant afford this phone but the specs are great. Accept it! there is no doubt in that.
People talk about size of the phone and pockets. I just want to direct their attention to Galaxy s4 zoom and mega series. Same for so called innovation. s4 zoom is the innovation you want?
Talking about screen, we are yet to see Triluminous display in action. Lets wait and see how things go.
For samy guys dont be fooled by Amoled displays, still using old age pentile matrix even on S4. First get your facts right then talk about technologies!
I do agree that there should have been a flash with the camera but then again no phone is perfect. There are priorities that you have to set.
Innovation...please I really dont want 's4 zoom' kinda innovation.
As for copying Model names, thats just plain stupid argument.
you like the phone buy it, otherwise go for any brand you prefer. Bashing is no good.

wat samsung did during the past was putting those useless features such as eye scroll and air gesture together with his own created faked invention technology , SUPER AMOLED to attract buyer
samsung invention actually was the imitation from sony , shame on samsung , only know how to copy and take it as his own invention , then putting it with those crap feature tgthr , finally produce a S4
no invention means there is no improvement
sony is finally coming back strong
samsung should count his day
before sony is taking over it
