i have this phone from release date
my phone stole in 4 months and i bought an other one
yes the screen goes dead and dont turn on but it fixed after update
right now there is lollipop release for it and there is no such issue
the only thing is poor camera
and the most point is if u get use to using this big screen u wont use any more cellphone , easy web browsing and enjoyable screen for movie or chat , u gonna have lot of space for what u are doing , im waiting for another big screen phone to switch my device
if u are fan of using a lot of space when u are working with handset this gonna perfectly work for u

This phone is a perfect example of a good smartphone. I have been using this phone for 1 year. There is no hanging and heating issues. Only problem is that xperia z ultra doesn't have a cam flash and it is huge suzed. So it can't be put inside the pant pocket.

There are no heating issues with 5.02. Only drawback is no flash and slightly big to handle. But you can read books, see maps have gr8 view of vdo/cam. read mail, chat on whatsapp and screen mirror is instant. Good OTG. For 13990 it is a steal. Resale value is good . see olx

Waste of money...not even worth for 14 thousand(present rate in flipkart)
Reasons
1.No flash in this mobile
2.Charging issues
3.Overheating
4.Very poor customer service
5.Low camera quality
6.Screen Cracks quickly
7.If water comes in due to our mistake, the phone cant be repaired it has to be replaced by paying phones half price and some additional charges. .
8.Very poor resale value
So please guys dont buy this phone..Unknowingly I bought this phone.

The only problem was a dead pixel and it's not a big issue for me. The screen issue was present in the previous units (week 32 as I remember) and that was long time ago. Doesn't have a great camera though
