Raj.., 28 Jun 2015what is magnetic chargingCharging is not by magnet. It is a stand for both viewing and charging. There are two insertions/attachment - one for charging and another for viewing. There is a magnet [small strip] which holds the phablet. If you have cover you need to remove that and then place on the magnetic dock.

So what about camera qua... morehello dude , about the camera , no doubt it will be some better results compare to other phone with flash off , thanks to it's Exmor RS sensor . but if with other's phones flash light switched on , xperia z ultra may lose a stand. By the way , camera quality is quite nice if the surrounding lightning is sufficient .

lolipop normal;
battery normal; i just realised that even huge battery either z ultra or other phones have drained fast if we heavy usage; fyi i use z ultra only for fone purpose...
intenert other soccial use other handheld..
