Connect the cell to PC. lollipop will be automatically downloaded on yr PC and installed on yr phone. It takes about 15 min to half hour depending on net speed.

What is wrong whith you?
You assume that all are samsung fan if have something negative to say about Sony I had 3 z ultra.2 of them had serius trouble.have met their forefathers now.I am on the third now and its only month old. those are not strong phones.

Guys! Please think twice before upgrading to Lollipop. It completely ruins this awesome phone. I made the mistake of upgrading and now it's impossible to downgrade. Trust me, you will be disappointed.
Some things that will annoy you:
- The top status bar is now BLUE, yes blue, so it's always distracting you from whatever app you are using. Before it was black and unobtrusive.
- The settings menu is now far more horrible and scattered all over the place. Before there were a lot of simple on/off toggle buttons, but now you often have to go into various sub-menus to enable/disable features.
- The landscape mode is now almost useless, for example the drop down menus is actually LARGER on portrait mode that it is on landscape mode. You now only have a limited number of quick settings you can put on the menu and the buttons are very small. On landscape mode the drop down menus is actually cut at the bottom so you can only see half of the icons. This is unacceptable.
- Performance has degraded and is choppy in some apps.

Just got lolipop update. All I can say now is that this phone deserves an award now. Its amaizing now. Also, no more ghost clicks.

shivu, 09 Apr 2015good phone but witout flash incompleteBuy Iblazr external flash. it costs 3500 and is 4 times more powerful then normal phones flash. plus you can use it to take better selfies by turning it towards your face. added advantage :)

update for lollipop rollout now!!!! at this time only for latin mena, but you can download it on xperiafirm and flash it, are working worldwide sim cards so...get lollipop now!

frnd.. Z ultra it's awesome phone no hanging problem it's really very nice phone. my own experience I buy 5 months before I use this phone it's really but camera is less work no flash. but other features very nice
