Sony Z ultra best feature but size is very big almost a tablet size 6.4 inch. Not for daily activity
S4 High end device with all the required features.
Now its your wish to choose.

Got this phone since May 2014. It replaces a Nexus 5 + Nexus 7 (both of which I still have). No regrets as this phablet meets all my needs for viewing Movies on Netflix or ShowBox as well as making calls and surfing the Net.
Looking forward to the upgrade to Lollipop.
The recent release of iPhone 6 Plus and Nexus 6 shows that the time for 6+" phones have arrived and the Z Ultra has the largest screen of them all. I highly recommend having a close look at the Z Ultra. I got it for $499.00 directly from Sony store. That's a great price compared to the Nexus 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

well about the screen issue for many of you, i would suggest to all of you to use Tempered Glass Screen Protector, by adding this to your phone it will work smoothly as before and it will get you some extra protection from dropping also you can be rest assured about the scratches and fingerprint marks which happens a lot when not adding any protection. The screen is not a Gorrila Glass.
Its a unique phone as lumia1020 just different qualities.

It is better to buy sony mobiles 8 to 10 months after their launch.they may reduce the price to sell their prducts if it is not competetive to samsung.example is z ultra.their motive is to put high price for their excellent products.then make a price drop.what a shame!
Now they become hopless people to kneeldown againt other mobile companies.
