AnonD-131407, 19 Aug 2013I don't want to sound dump but everyone keeps saying the wo... moreIn simple words, bezel is the box in which your phone's screen is fitted, the area around the touch screen, if you compare photos of Z and ZL, you will notice that in Z, there is a lot of 'bezel' around the screen, while in ZL its very less. Overall size of Z in terms of height and width is more than ZL while fitting the same 5" screen inside. (but of course, Z is slimmer)

Thnk buddy,for your suggestion..actually this stamina mode issue has been happening even before the upgrade.. Yeah,u r right i must post my question for more answers n suggestions.

Does the battery jump 15-20% after a reboot (not always, sometimes). Maybe you need to use a battery calibration app from the Play Store. You will need root for the app to do it's job. Stamina is linked to the battery so it could be as simple as that.
This really isnt a site you will receive many answers, try posting your question on XDA. Im sure you will get more answers/help.

To all experts n friends,,please help me. I have been facing stamina mode issue in xperia zl even after upgrading the firmware to 4.2.2 eg,in stamina mode it shows 1day 4 hour,in normal mode 1day 2 hour. Even after i clear data in eco mode controller the same thing happens after 3-4 days. Please suggest me a solution guys. Thanks

People who have ZL and facing various problems are suggested to upgrade the firmware to solve such as hang, page legs, phone book scroll problem, slow system operating, quick battery drains and so on. If your problems do not solve after updating like quick battery drains or takes long time to recharge and if your phone over heats within a short time after your phone starts playing high end games or starting continuous browsing, you are kindly requested to change the phone or battery. Heating is not a major problem coz every electric device heats if it works but over heating must be a problem. I have been using Xperia ZL which doesn't have any problem what some users complains with various faults. So don't stay with faults. An original Sony Xperia ZL does not have any problem. If have any little problem Sony solves it with new updates but no major problems. Xperia ZL is a high end phone of Sony.

I own the Xperia ZL. I got it when it came out. From what I remember, the only difference is that the ZL isn't waterproof which I couldn't care less for. Also the Z didn't have LTE at least where I leave,and the ZL did. The design is a little different but they are both very good, amazing phones. I dont get it, why do people want to take showers with their phones. Anyway pick your poison, whichever you prefer!!
The Xperia Z Ultra is coming soon, might as well wait for that one.

This has however changed recently, well at least so far what I've heard and read. The quality of camera has improved with the firmware update and also the display has improved.

To those who have Xperia Z and ZL, I just want to ask the overall performance regardless of the waterproof on XZ, which is better Xperia Z or Xperia ZL?
