Hi guyz pls give me a clear idea that I want buy the sony xperia zl, bt I read some coments that makes me a little hesitation, coz itz heating some times is it? Or not plz tell me coz I want buy a good mobile and I like much more sony products, and I am crazy on xperia zl, bt little confused help me pls.

Your ZL must be one in a million wich have no defects but keep eye on it could happen any time

Anonymous, 25 Jan 20141) please post this with all the support of your story at... moreOk In Canada we have 3 years plan (now it's 2) , if your phone breaks down they will replace to same one each time , same happen with me I can't ask for another one otherwise I have to sign other contract and pay a pile of money ( I asked for another phone trust me ) but there's no way to return it after 14 day of purchase . My last Xperia Zl so pissed me off i just throw it like a rock in lake don't even apologize just got rid of that garbage ... Why no one write negative review ? Think I only said Sony Xperia ZL it's bad and my post was deleted ? Maybe people din but their comments was deleted . Here is the facts : They don't even sell it anymore in Canada , why ? because so many phones was returned ! just go rogers.com or bell.ca and find reviews you'll see so many negative comments about Z line , just search on google "Sony Xperia ZL suddent death " and you'll see tons of review like mine ! People should know truth about this products !!!

You violated one of the posting rules here: "No bashing - deliberately and repeatedly bashing the same brand".
But I have to say, Sony is a good brand. You're so far the only one that giving the far most negative feedback on this website about the ZL.

2) after sony has answered you, post back here
3) i don't know whether congratulate you or not... i would have asked for my money or a different phone model after the second damaged unit
4) so you returned the phone 3 times,
a: either you really liked this phone
b: or you really needed a phone
c: or you just didn't wanted to waste your money
...so you took all the "headache" of returning the phone to get it replaced 3 times...
..just to throw it to a lake in the end?
yeah... we all believe your story bro
as stated before, please post it on sony-mobile and keep us all updated, it is the best way to avoid faulty products hit the store shelves.

Hi everyone !! someone deleted my post previous post but I have to say again , NEVER buy Sony Xperia ZL , Never ! Buy whatever you want but not this one why ?
I had 4 of them , every single one break on me and each time was replaced to another one on warranty this was so frustrating and I give up on last one I literally throw it in a lake ! here some fact what you should know :
1. Sony have problem with hardware especially with battery , on 3 of my 4 phones the phone suddenly dies with no reason once in middle of phone call once in middle of youtube video , once using skype , and never turns back on unless you plug in power socket as soon you unplug phone dies again
suddenly die issue never been fixed by Sony and this problem it's on all Z line
2. Network and Wi-Fi issues it's very often , my 4th phone can't see SIM card
Worst experience ever after when I contacted Sony no one gives me clearly answer what is going on ... keep yourself out of this crap !

I have had my zl for about 2 months. At first I was unsure of the phone but after the recent update to jellybean I am a big fan. The graphics are smoother and everything works as it should. This thing is ALL screen which makes texting and writing emails or reviews such as this extremely easy due to the compact phone size. Was going to go with the new waterproof model but went with this because of the size. Camera takes very good pics for a phone and the screen is top notch.

M a ex owner of xperia mini pro and presently owns a ZL (which is switched off laying inside its package) and m using Samsung grand 2( awesome phone)
