AnonD-214854, 20 Dec 2013How's xperia C working?Xperia C is a pretty decent budget phone which has a 5"screen and good battery life but the display is quite poor(talking about the pixel density)also it has limited storage just 4GB. If you wanna buy a budget phone with a 5"screen then you can go for it.

AnonD-214509, 20 Dec 2013Another great feature with this phone is that, We can use ... moreyou can use any Bluetooth gamepad, like the moga:

        or the gametel:
        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5Hn1OCnhhs

        for wired gamepads
the xperia ZL recognizes most of them, the real issue is to get the games to recognize the gamepad as input device, however most emulators will allow you to use any type of gamepad

Another great feature with this phone is that, We can use ps2 or ps3 joystick for gaming via OTG cable. The only thing is that we have use a Sony certified joystick., i.e., ps2 or DualShock 3 joystick. I tried use other brand joystick, but it remained undetected. Is there any way to use other joysticks or we should use only Sony play station joysticks???

                          AnonD-10115, 19 Dec 2013what does C6502 mean?model reference

each model has different bands (the frequency it uses to connect to the network) so as each country and carrier uses a particular bands you need to get the model that works on your country and carrier

Day by day, my ram memory keeps on increasing as a result, the phone slows down.Is there any way to keep it fast? Are there any special apps for optimizing the ram, especially for Xperia ZL??

Its a gr8 p... moreit is common, go to any store and play with their showcased high-end phones, you will notice they go hot, if you can go to a samsung or LG store, they usually have their devices connected to the internet, get z-cpu and check the temperature after you play with the phone for a while, some of them will go higher than 40ºC, also keep in mind these are usually on all day, some even for days, and even with this kind of treatment the phones still work just fine

quick answer: go for the xperia ZL

                                    long answer:
                                    depends...

almost everyone here will tell you to go for the xperia ZL
but it really depends on what you want, and what you are going to use your phone for.
please keep in mind that this is the very personal opinion of an android user, who loves the xperia ZL (which is my current phone), however i will try to be as objective as possible.

the thing here is they are 2 completely different phones, the iphone uses IOS, and the xperia uses android therefore comparing them hardware wise would be absurd, each Operating System (OS) is different; and IOS has a very different way to manage resources, thats why most apple devices have less ram than most android, also the processor is used in a different way, with this in mind you can check here:

                                    http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=4212&idPhone2=5203

we can however compare some aspects:

Network: the xperia supports 4g networks, if you can access 4G this is a great advantage over 3G.

size and screen: the iphone is smaller, (for me this is a plus, i love small phones) however, the xperia is the most compact 1080p phone out there, while the iphone has a low resolution, this is very nice when reading and watching videos, also you will enjoy the bravia engine on the xperia which handles color and contras in a particular way.

                                    memory:
as stated before, the OS of each phone is different, so i wont keep the ram in mind, so on storage, at first glance you will notice the iphone has more storage than the xperia, however, it is fixed and you cant expand it, on the xperia you can expand it via MicroSD card, and it supports up to 64GB, thus you will end up with a 80GB phone (16+64)

                                    camera:
judging by the MP of each, the xperia has a bigger sensor on both, frontal and back camera, that's it since on each you can use many different camera apps with different effects.

                                    battery:
xperia battery last a little bit longer than the iphone's

ok, now on to OS, first of all android is a very flexible system, you can use android phones like you would with your computer, in the sense that you can install whatever you want, wherever you want and whenever you want, if an app/program is not available on your country you can simply get it somewhere else and install it from your computer or paste it on the SD card and install it directly on the phone, you can also fully customize android, to the point that you can make it look like a windows phone, a blackberry, or an apple device, also you can use different roms of the same android, so you are NOT tied to the system offered by your carrier,
(think about this: when you buy a laptop it usually comes with a bundled windows, with a lot of useless programs from its brand, toshiba, dell, acer, etc.. but you can get a clean windows and install it so your laptop will run lighter and faster), you can do the same with any android device, so you will be able to keep your phone updated even after 4 years of use, much like any-other pc; this flexibility also lets you set your phone to work with many USB devices via the USB OTG option, so you can actually connect a 500GB HDD to your phone, you can check this to see how that works:

                                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuRhDINHYd8

here is a galaxy s4 connected to a 4TB disc:

                                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLeo8a-2FX4

so as you can see, android makes the phone very open to whatever you would like to do, without much issue.
the IOS wont let you have any type of control over your device unless you jailbreak which will void your warranty, on android you can have control and still keep your warranty, and on some markets you are allowed to root your android while keeping the warranty.
the iphone wont let you connect any USB device using a cheap cable you can get anywhere.
the iphone wont let you install whatever you want and uninstall whatever you want at will (unless you jailbreak it)

so for me, i go with the xperia; the use of OS like IOS or blackberry makes me feel caged and tied to the carrier in many ways, with android it feels like you are actually the owner of your device and not the other way around.

now, the other view of this, is that while android lets you have full control of your device, many people find it particularly complicated and "messy", i know a lot of people who get annoyed and frustrated because android lets you program the phone to behave in a certain way, while iphone and blackberry just behaves, and you cant change that certain behavior so there is no option for that, and most "dummies" feel more comfy by not having to do anything with their devices, they mostly use the phone for facebook, twitter, chat, some surfing, and casual games.
so this difference tends to become very important whenever fanboys argue on whats better, as stated i really feel better having full control of whatever i use.
in the end is all up to you, go and check both phones, it is you will be using it, not any of us, therefore it is you who MUST feel comfortable with it.
but yeah, i really love the xperia, very happy with it
