I also faced same issues. On August, i updated it to latest Android Lollipop OS. And after that i started facing following issues:
1. Calls : wasn't able to hear any voice, audio on earpiece, have to put on speaker or use headsets.
2. Audio : no audio was audible on speakers when i played any Mp3 or Video on cell.
3. Notifications : in Notifications and sound settings, if i want to preview any tone or music, like Alarm tune, or ringtone, i wasnt able to hear them, but Alarm played it when it was supposed to.
i sent my cell for Servicing, since it was in Warranty period.
I somehow feel that Audio codecs are corrupted in Latest OS updates.
lt've been more than 30 days since its gone for servicing.
Patiently waiting for its return properly.

But for some occasions loudspeaker works perfectly, sometimes it goes mute...
Even I'm finding the solution eagerly. ..

I have updated my ZR to Lollipop 5.1.1, 2 weeks ago and it is definitely better than 5.0.2. But can't sure that whether it is better than kitkat 4.4.4. I have installed in proper way. Factory reset and all that. Still stamina mode and low battery mode is NOT effective as they were in Kitkat 4.4.4. I am still testing them. I am also confused that should I degrade to kitkat 4.4.4 or not. Plz share your experiences friends, regarding this.

I've Sony zr I'm completely satisfied with this mobile But mobile screen's shining finish I want new shining Because I love my mobile Plz give me solution of this matter

The battery improves a little and much faster than 5.0 and alot of bugs fixes...

guys I want to update my phone to lollipop.can you please help me out on these topics:
1)out of 4.6 gb.what will be the free space available after lollipop update
2)will the battery backup become worse after update
3)picture quality of this already mid range device
4)will the move to sd card function after update?
4)finally is it worth updating this device?

After updating my zr to 5.1 I faced some issues like my mobile doesn't play sound on loudspeakers while using headphones I can listen it clearly..nd when some1 calls me I have to put earphones on otherwise I have to put in loudspeakers...I can't understand what happened to my cell.. Is any1 knows d solution..plzz help me out guys..

Hi Family,
I'm facing some weird issue after upgrading to 5.1.1
1. My call logs went empty
2. Im not able to hear anything if call anyone. The same with the other person too. Issue happens for incoming call as well
3. Not able to save any number.
If you guys have faced this issue and rectified, I request you to let me know what has to be done to fix this issue.

No fast draining of battery,
