And 750mb ram(user accessible) of sp is not gonna last long.

i bought mine 4 months back.No problem what so ever.Been using galaxy S3.chose zr because of velow facts
1. comfortable size
2. Poweful cpu
3. Awesome UI
Got it rooted with latest update and wow, device now works flawlessly.
i did not came across wifi hotspot issue.may be because i am not using it often. No wifi or bluetooth issue so far.

Blue tooth stopped working i reset the phone to factory settings but did not work i only used the phone for a month !!!!

I ma facing wi-fi & hot spot problem in my zr... they stops working any time... & showing error of "Association rejected" when I try to connect them... Right now my zr wi-fi & hot spot are not working... I am fad-up with it... Do anybody has any good solution....???

Xperia SP beats every quadcore phone in it's price range in terms of performance and none can match it's CPU+GPU combination. Mediatek quadcores(MT6589, MT6589T, and MT6582) couldn't even match the SPs dual core CPU set up. If I didn't get the ZR I WOULD definitely have gotten the SP... It's the only phone that allows you to see notifications face up or face down. :)

Cristie, 13 Mar 2014So you ar using zr do you find any lag or other issues when... moreThe only lag I noticed with my usage would be with Injustice GAU.If I didn't close it completely and played Clash of Clans, and didn't close it properly, then play Injustice again, sometimes animation level 3 supers would have a bit of lag. As with other apps, no lag in chrome, fb, walkman, album, camera and switching between those. It manages RAM pretty well. I always seem to see just 750 mb (of 1.89G)used.

SP is shi*ty in multit... moreYes, you are right that ZR is better than the SP (obviously!).. and I was just trying to convince the guy that it's not really a bad choice if you buy sp considering the price difference.. and no, the ZR doesn't really 'trash' the SP as SP has the advantage over games that utilize two cores.. (same gpu, higher clock, similar cores as ZR).. but yeah, in real world people have a lot of stuff opened in the background while gaming which means ZR will be much better in the real World (unless you play without many things in the background).. ZR does better multitasking and edges in daily tasks, yes, but that's not 'trashing'... and yeah sorry for the wrong impression on this phone, it does have more features than the sp and has better "overall" performance.. (all I was trying to do was convince people that SP isn't a bad choice if you look at price/performance you get with it) ..

All I was trying to was that SP IS NOT A BAD CHOICE CONSIDERING ITS PRICE (one guy in the comments was rtegretting for getting an sp instead of the zr).. Go for the ZR, its obviously better considering the twice amount of ram you have.. It's quad core, better multitasking.. The area where sp has an advantage is single thread and that too isn't a very big advantage, but it is an advantage.. also, the single thread with adreno 320 (same gpu as the ZR) it will be A LITTLE BIT SMOOTHER in the games... (generally speaking, games won;t use more than 2 cores).. but if you have both games and background apps open, the ZR will be better than the SP because it will handle the background better because it has 2 additional cores. But in case of SP, if you have more background apps open,. it will be slower.. but if you are playing very little background apps then the SP will slightly beat the ZR in games because games need cpu clock power and the sp has more.. (2 cores @ 1.7 vs 2 cores @ 1.5.. both with Adreno 320) ... The point may be a bit confusing, but overall if you look at the phone the ZR beats the SP in terms of specs and features..

Anyone who bought it from INDIA (Delhi), can tell me what you get in the box
I've heard that it has a spare battery as well in the box.
Let me know if it has.
Also what about the camera, if you compare with GSM arena camera compare tools .. it's rear camera is very bad. Xperia C got a better camera.
Help me here.

Andok, 13 Mar 2014When we made the purchase, they actually said that extended... moreScreens or top glass are entirely different from touch screen mechanism. Broken glass screen will be covered by warranty but again depending on their assessment, if it was cracked due to negligence , this voids their warranty.
SydPaul was right, they do not cover warranty on the touch screen mechanism display (tft).
