if you thinking to buy xperia ZR, go for it! read my experience below:
im currently using original midland xperia Z which i bought second hand from my friend which she is using it for 3 month. so i am using it less than 1 month till now. before this i use simple android phone which is galaxy y for about 2 years. i replace my battery 3 times which is the last one seems ok (sun global battery). i am heavy phone user which i like to surf internet and play games. what i can say about xperia Z is that its battery is build inside unremovable back casing. i prefer xperia ZR which has removable back case which i can replace the battery when its life is done.
now im waiting to sell my xperia Z for ZR or other Z series with removable back case.

Just got this phone yesterday
so far so good.
yes battery does drain quite quickly. but who cares? phone is awesome!
i'm yet to test the underwater pictures. bought it mainly for that feature.

its waterproof quality is awsum...ur friends will get impressed by lukin at ur underwater pics...

Zr - powerful processor, high end graphics chip(adreno 320), killer looks, more ram, better camera(other than low light), beautiful Sony ecosystem, bigger and better HD Opti-contrast display,better battery, dust resistant, camera shutter key, Android 4.3, gaming...
Overall it's ZR!!
I'm using it and yea I'm a samshi* hater :P

jai, 09 Jan 2014xperia zr fornt vga camra is replace 2mp digitalYou can do it yourself by buying the z's front camera from black market...
But the service center won't do this for you and you'll void your warranty
Also you should do some editing with the camera app to support 2mp :P
