I wanted to upload a sample but there is no option for that. I am thinking about contacting customer service ( i have already replaced once just after 3 days of purchase due to some dot in screen and now i am really disappointed with this issue because ZR's camera was one of the main reason why i selected this model )

the phone is scratch proof you only need to remove the factory fixed screen protector there are two of them one is that you remove directly after unboxing and second is under first one you only need to observe clearly at the edged of the device then you will know

Hi ZR family,
I've had the ZR with me for nearly 2 months and everything seemed to be working fine until last week. The Bluetooth has gone kaput..
I had updated the version to 4.2.2 10.31.A.2.67 2 to 3 weeks back, but as i did not use it for any Bluetooth transfers i might not have noticed the this issue(Though some say its not the latest update issue). I had purchased a hands-free unit recently and initially the pairing worked perfectly.. However subsequently it stopped working and then i realized that its not just the new devices that i was trying to connect to, even the previously paired devices were not able to communicate with my ZR.
After going through multiple forums, i understood that mine was not an isolated case. There are people who have been facing this issue for months and all that the Sony support have been asking us to do is update/reset. There are other people who have got their handsets replaced but continue to face the problem on the fresh replaced phones as well.
Requesting the Sony ZR support to please find a fix to the issue ASAP. I'd also want the GSM-Arena reviewers to please make a note of this nagging issue. Thanks

I am using an ZR for one month and its camera was working perfectly till two days back. How ever for last two days the images taken using it is having heavy noise level ( in superior auto - i tried with other settlings, still its not giving satisfactory results). Please advise if anyone knows any solution
I took picture using my second phone (not xperia) in the same condition of that of my ZR and its images were better compared to ZR.

Using this phone from 3 months and must say its a great one. The only drawback is its internal memory which is 8 gb with 4.59 gb user available. It can run the best of games and apps so you may run out of memory. Camera is not great but still its good enough for everyday purpose. Battery backup is good enough and size of thecphone is perfect. Its waterproof and dust proof and also sturdy so u dont need to take xtra care of your phone. My zr has fallen atleast 15-20 times till now still nothing happened to it. And thanks to its waterproof body I can now take calls even while having shower. :)
