So many people that want a good quality music,but not moving a finger to get it xcept of trolling the phone...you are so WRONG..!With my ZR i have excellent experience of audio .. and what i did is to buy a good earphones..of course sony wont give you a 100$ stock earphone out of the box..+ download a program with a good equalizer (walkman program sux..download winampPRO or better PowerAMP Full..adjust the program with the earphones and voalla...you have it.If you are a real music lover..you will spend abit more to achieve it(:

I dont even think this phone has a beeter quality of audio support for the headset given with the BOX and it does not support to my phillips 5.1 audio system and i would say over all the audio system in this phone is big draw-back and the music lover would not enjoy this phone much. prior to this i have experianced the quality of Samasung Galaxy SII, HTC Desire SV, Nokia Lumia 620 the basic phone Audio is good in that.

Hi Frendz i am person who always love to change the mobiles and taught of trying this Sony ZR mobile.
as per the specification it should be 8 GB intenal memory but it 4GB only and the Audio qualty is worst and the option given it phone is not support by the handsfree given in the box piece.
Frndz please dont not purchase this mobile if you wanted to experience good music. please check the specification and purchase the mobile.

Hi Friends,
I bought my Xperia ZR 1 week back in India, Chennai.
Amazing mobile.
Superb clarity because of Sony Bravia Engine 2.
Processing speed is very fast.
Applications are opening very quickly.
I love the camera. Less than 1 seconds it is taking a picture because of 1.5 Ghz QuadCore processor.
100% Water proof mobile. They have sealed all the interior. Even for battery they have given a rubber which will block the water entering the batter. Since it is completely sealed water proof has been achieved.
Disadvantages:
FM radio is not good. Not capturing the signals effectively. My basic mobiles are playing FM good.
Sound Clarity is okay but I cannot say it is the best because I have listened music in Sony Ericsson K750i. One of the best mobile for music with bass and superb effect. Here u cannot except superb effect. It is okay.
Main Advantage:
Stamina mode is too good. U batter will lasts long when it was idle. But if u are playing games, or surfing web using mobile data, or using wifi means battery wont last long even in stamina mode. Its quite common in all android mobiles. Stamina mode will temporarily stop unnecessary running of apps while the phone is idle. Hence it is achieved.
Camera is the plus plus plus. U will never get frustrated on using Xperia Zr camera. Takes picture in less than 1 seconds. Even in dim light it takes clear picture with the help of flash. But only close up picture. If u want to take picture of entire room using this phone's camera it is not possible because it is not that much effective.
Screen clarity is another plus. It gives a rich look to the phone.
External speakers are too good. Ear speakers are also good but in noisy environment u cannot listen to other persons voice. For example in bus.

This is my first android mobile which i bought.
I have used Xperia L, Micromax a75. So I feel this mobile is the best compared to these mobiles.
I am not sure about the FM radio that whether this mobile alone has this worst FM radio experience or all the android mobiles are like that.
If someone can give me suggestions it will be really very helpful for me.

Hey all,
Got my new sony xperia ZR in my hand yesterday night.
Am thrilled, amazed, happy, satisfied.
Changed my sim to Micro SIM and started using from morning. Battery status is 32 %. Hope it will improve.
One concern i have is, I didn't note down the back panel tightness. After open & close for sometimes, i noted down that there is always some minute gap in between the back cover, headset cover and usb cover, no matter how much i push, its there.
Am not super if its normal. Pls comment.
