If, during the warranty period, this product fails to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in design, materials or workmanship, Sony authorised distributors and service partners, in the country/region* where you purchased the product, will, at their option, either repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Now I am just waiting for 24rs to be completed so that I can take necessary action against it.
Personally, I am a fan of Sony coz of its build quality.
Now next I am going to file a case against the Sony service center also send an email to the Sony guys as well as copy to all big media news center & consumer court here in India at the worst so that they can flash this news in bold here in local as well as the whole of India
Suggest me if anything I need to add?

I was told my customer support that if you are not satisfied you can take a higher model and have to pay extra for it but now they are saying that it cant. Now what?

Can anyone tell me the procedure how to file a case against Sony in the consumer court, please? I have a defective piece with me and I want to get rid of this model either by refund or provide me with a higher model but not ZR again. The service center guys say that they can't do anything about it but repair it which I am not for it coz I am not satisfied and the customer support says that also sorry. Does that mean I am f****d?
Has anyone complained and got any solution?

Been using this phone since the past two days.. Typing the opinion from the phone intact.. No problem as of yet.. And the phone is waterproof.. Don't go with the comments saying.. And this phone is a buy which you would bot regret..

The ZR has a removalbe battery and is also a waterproof phone, Thats unique and a great idea from sony. Yeah there are waterproof phones but not on this level!

why would buy Xperia ZR a m... moreZr does not have waterproof back cover, same as Xperia V, only around Barrett is it sealed. Does not feel reassuring at all. Main problem is low storage at a high price. Display of Z is much better and twice the storage at just a little higher price.
Z is much slimmer and the glass back does not slip on your hand while doing one hand operation. It's not too big, just great, the only great Xperia phone ever.

Almost used for 1 month. Again the same issue, there's a bug which needs to be fixed. Hoping to see an update soon. Fault is in the power management software which has nothing to do battery (decent back up) In the power management it shows battery back up for 5 hrs although it is 90% charged and when you power on the stamina mode still its the same 5hrs of back up so fault is in the software. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
