Guys plz don't buy Sony product.
I bought Sony ZR last week, from that I am facing so many problem in that. I bought for Rd.29990 now I have to exchange that mobile means, they ask for Rd.12000.
Main Drawback :
Battery total waste 3 Times to charge a day for using 3G.
Lots of apps won't work 3 days after you download from playstore.
Simple reason there is no cut copy paste option in msg email or in office suite.
Same thing no refresh buttons in browser.
No volume keys in YouTube you can complaint to CBI or FBI nobody can find out the volume key.
When you connect to mobile data it will automatically stopped.
There is no task manager anywhere in the phone.
there is no browsing history icon in the browser.
The resolution of some video are not good, in Samsung galaxy s2 s3 you can zoom the video here v can't zoom the video.
Sometimes phone was in dead condition ringtone was ring in volume 1 when it was in full volume.
What's the Sony R&D ba$£€rds are doing we believing the mobile and also trust the brand Sony. But they lost their dignity reputation and pride.
They are wasting our valuable money govt must take action against this fraud companies to selling their products in India. They must provide a regulatory body to finished all of our tests before going for sale in the market.
India having more no of mobile consumers so that this fraud companies are in our Indian market plz boycott Sony products.

1. I almost decided to buy ZR after a long research.
(It has latest OS, processor speed is impressive, dust and water resistant plus "Shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass" which is most impressive.)
2. Only thing I don't know about the phone is its battery capacity.
3. I came here and saw the comment section, only to know that Sony's service sucks. I mean, I expected that to be the best. Now what?
This phone's price was initially way more that expected (Rs 15K was my budget) but then I loved the specs so thought I can buy this even though its 10K more.
So is it right smartphone? Do I need to consider other phones before this?

My xperia zr is awesome...no problems at all...
some people misguides customers with their shit comments...becoz they are jealous of sony..and they like samsung who always launch phones with the same boring design...and same boring interface....all it has done is improved the battery and signal icon....and ya...samsung has its one feature common in all its models....hanging problem and ram eating problem...
I dont understand how the hell these guys love samsung....
in my opinion samsung is trash..
you see xperia tipo....when samsung had its cheapest model galaxy y in the market...it had os 2.3...and sony had xperia tipo launched as its cheapest model....and it had better ppi density than Y...better ram than Y...os 4.0.4...much better looks than boring y ....better internal memory....and in the same price...
and if u see the highest model in both...u can find the difference...if u want to....otherwise...u can carry on satisfying urself...but no one else...
samsung is no match for sony...

I have Xperia ZR and looking forward for Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update. When I searched on web, I found this link- http://technosamigos.com/sony-android-4-3-jelly-bean-update
It says Xperia ZR 4.3 update will be available in Q4, 2013. Is it true that my phone will be updated to Android 4.3?
