Good ...
It's possible someone do a test with the Xperia ZR totally wet or under water with him or with wet fingers touching the screen and try to see if it responds.
Because many of the Smartphone is said to be water proof but when you touch it with wet they do not respond to touches.
I think this question will help many users or prospective buyers as in my case.

Does it cover entire room. Does the phone heats a lot. Because in some of the comments I saw that the phone is heating a lot.

I brought this phone last week and have my experience to share.
Sony Xperia ZR is a great phone. For those who are not fan of huge display like me and want snappy performance with no lags, this phone is for you. I will not go into depth about specs of the phone you can read them anywhere internet, my review is strictly based on user experience of the phone.
Performance:
Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait works awesome. I have experience no lag till now in any of the processor heavy application I have used. It can run all applications available out there in Google play store without any problem. Only one problem that I have noticed in my personal usage is with pre-installed Acrobat reader application. It just gets hanged when I try to change mode to “text reflow”. I don’t know if its application or phone problem but I thought it is worth mentioning.
Screen:
Sony has improved there screen viewing angles for this phone but they are still not as good as other phones in market, but in my opinion it just looks fine, in fact the Bravia engine really enhances the display quality and while using it you will hardly care about viewing angles. Colors look vibrant, and watching high definition videos is a joy.
Sound:
The exterior speaker is average, but as always Sony has managed to deliver outstanding sound output to its earphones. Bass are perfect. Sound separation is perfect. Walkman app is perfect. Believe me; don’t even compare its sound with other brand’s high end smartphone in market (not even iPhone). It sounds way better.
Camera:
The 13MP shooter at behind is good. The reason I say it’s just good coz the expectations that we build about those 13MPs are too high. I mean, camera just works fine. It’s not the best you can get in phone but it still takes decent shoots. And I will not even talk about front facing camera, simply one word: “it sucks”
Battery:
Well, I am the person using smartphone for first time, so please don’t give higher priority to my opinion in this category. I keep my mobile data on when I am at office for what’s app, Viber texting. Till I come back home battery indicator shows 55-60% remaining. I turn on Wi-Fi to connect to my home network to watch videos and listen songs. I have to plug in charger before I go sleep as it starts giving battery low indication. I don’t know if this is moderate or heavy usage and also don’t know if battery life performed well. I let you to decide.
Sony does gives us a stamina mode where phone basically close Wi-Fi, and all power consuming apps and it’s a good addition.
Water proof:
My phone is new, and I love it. I think it’s too soon to experiment such things on my phone, but atleast I am careless about my phone in my jeans while riding bike in heavy rains.
To conclude, I loved the phone. I have read reviewers bashing this phone for being overpriced, but it’s NOT. Its overall experience makes it value for the money.

sCREEN CRACKED IN 15 DAYS OF USAGE. Was palced in jeans pocket. Now the service centre guys want 15k to relace the same in Delhi. Very fragile handset. Advise not to buy. Battery backup and display strictly average.
