Please don't update your phone, Factory is better than a person, if you want updating your phone, please call SONY factory, factory updates better than a person and if you update your phone without callin factory, your phone will be damaged

Just an advice for battery draining issue...
for those rooted user...
install xposed module.
reboot ur phone.
download AppOpsXposed.
reboot ur phone again.
now u can see App Ops either in Setting or in App Launcher..
select it and go to google play service in the list ..
and untick the option Keep Awake and start on boot..
u feel the difference for sure!!

for non rooted
users...
their will be battery drain but if u switch off location and turn off android device manager from device administration ur battery will last better!!

I downloaded CPU-Z from app store just to gather more... moreThat's the way cores of cpu work.At any given time only no. of needed would power up.Let's say ur running a very light application that requires only 1 core (less power) then only 1 out of four cores power up.That in turn also saves the battery power needed.And in second case say ur running a games which is requires more power (say 4 cores) then all the cores would be powered on according to the processing power needed by any app or system. Hope that helps. :)

Guys! I downloaded CPU-Z from app store just to gather more info but I found there only 1 CPU working and other 3 are stopped. To my knowledge I know that this phone is quad core but I found only 1 working. Can someone plz explain?

Hi Friends,
I bought the Xperia ZR two days back.
I found everything is fine in the phone and liked it but when i compared the flash light of xperia ZR with my existing phone Xperia L it is very small and it's light is yelloish.
Can someone let me know that it is a manufacturing defect.

Ple... moreActually both phones are good phones, it depends on what you need. there is no absolute best phone, each has cons and pros.
1-: price-wise, ZR is more expensive than SP (different in different countries).
2-: camera is 13 megapixel in ZR (only 8 in SP)
3-: Performance of 4 core processor of ZR can not be compared to dual core of SP (it is noticeable in some resource hungry apps)
4-: ZR is dust and water proof, SP not.
on the other side: SP is more elegant, the metal like finish is better, the notification light is more attractive, heating is less in SP (ZR tends to be hot if u life or work in a hot Place.
Battery life in both is variable, depends on the use like for gaming, videos and internet, the signal strength of both WIFI and carrier company (when the signal is weak, the device will consume more power searching for the signal).
The choice is yours. again both phones are very good phones in the mid-range xperia series.
