There are so many developers. And India will get the same update as the Thailand one except with different customization(regional apps).
It's not one developer who does these job.
And even if he died(as you say), sony would replace the seat.
Don't be such a kidoo.. And don't spread rumours..

i update my zr to 4.3 version and its awesome. giving me more battery backup. camera quality has increased more modes of camera setting. 13 Mega pixel showing instead of 12 mega pixel. the set becomes more faster. view of album and walkman is far better.

Just updated my xperia zr to 10.5.A.0.230 via update centre and its totally awesome..
no lags at all and immersive mode is really great !

1)auto hide soft keys and
2) apps to sd.
I can't survive with that 4.6gb internal memory.
And i like the Sony stock rom better than cyanogen mod or other custom roms.
Ppl use them because of more customisation features, less bloatware and more performance.
But i really love the Sony ecosystem very much.
I have no problems other than the native .230 bugs.

I mean rooting this phone so early and for the stock rom with 4.4 won't make much of sense.
If you wanted to root and use another rom then you should have gone for PAC or CM may be. Dont you think ?
