When will Sony release Kitkat update to India? Has anyone received in India? Sony really doesn't keeps up his words

It may take 15 to 20 days from the DT of release to appear on update. Last time I got update after 15 days from release in India. Very poor service

I've bought a new zr. It is okay but I have a problem with bluetooth connectivity as no devices detected mine and vis versa even I put it on (visible to all devices mode).... Pleasen help

Nothing happens ...
infact it's doesn't even connect again.
It just connects for a 10-15 seconds for the first time and then disconnects.
and then it's just. 'SAVED' and nothing else.
Tried to connect. Nothing happens.
Then have to forget it. switch off the wifi and then connect again.
But later again it goes with the same thing.
So no permananet solution. Nd it's not just to one wifi it's with every other.

can someone please give me a detailed information on...
what bootloader and unlocked bootloader is?
what is prerooted android?
what is rom? is it just the internal storage or something more to it?
And lastly..
is rooting permanent? or can you make it permanent? and after rooting can you make everything default again if unrooted?
PLEASE HELP!!

Downgrading to android 4.1 or 4.2 and rooting it and installing a PREROOTED android 4.3 rom is safer as you don't lose anything...
Now if you have unlocked your bootloader, you can root your phone by installing a custom recovery. Follow the link,

Recently I'm facing a very weird issue on ZR
One minute connected to wifi. I'm using internet flawlessly.
Another minute it says not connected.
When I check wifi section... there the under the name of the wifi .. it comes as
Saved, secured.
I don't understand everything is perfect. I'm getting pretty strong signal then why this.
Also when I tap then and try to connect again. Nothing happens.
Only solution so far I found is SWITCH OFF the wifi on my mobile then switch it on again. And bravo I got the connected for next 2 minutes or so.
Any solutions ????????

Grand 2 - bigger screen, Samsung proprietary features, cheaper, better front camera.
I'd go for the Sony Xperia zr...

I followed me friend to buy his Sony Xperia zr yesterday, I was so surprise to see dat his own came wit dock changer. Y is sony like dis. Mine didn't come wit it. And his pack was a little bigger.

You can't update the phone to kk 4.4.2 using only WiFi. You have to use PC Companion. I updated it and works just fine and looks awesome, a bit laggy though(nothing to worry about), but I'm sure the next updates will fix that. Just enjoy the looks and the cool new sleek design.
