Nexus 5 is no longer supported but android one still is

I got September security update. After update my android one mobile stopped detecting my SD Card.

Its not getting security update because its due to get android nougat this month. Google has not said anything about not updating android one 1st gen...Please stop spreading rumors.Android nougat was released well between the official support cycle of the device.So just wait patiently.. You'll surely get android nougat pretty soon
