The phone is good but it is not supporting Adobe flash player. Can anyone give alternate solution for it. Awaiting for the reply.

Settings -> Tethering & Portable Hotspot -> USB Tethering
i have tried this above process several times but it is not become activate after connecting on computer so will anyone help me that how can i solve this problem...because i am facing many problem for this

Do you get to see a symbol for mobile data connectivity in notification area ? I'm not being able to find it. WiFi symbol shows fine. But no symbol for mobile data.

The shortcuts do appear back when the device is rebooted, even if the app was moved to sd card. It does take a few seconds more to reboot as compared to the Google now launcher but it saves the day! Regarding the unlock issue, sorry I didn't find any lag on either of the two launchers. But I did notice that Google music took some time to close, I mean it was not always consistent with closing speed. I guess google now launcher is the culprit. I would suggest you to try nova launcher. It is pretty smooth and customisable as well.
