Simply brilliant. As per the price range it gets the job done, that too very smoothly. Thumbs Up Spice and Google for providing such a piece of engineering marval at such a rock bottom price.

I just got M498.
Not able to load wats up.The sim has to be cut to fit.
Stugling to understand the systems.As of now it is a difficult mobile.
There are better options

Could anyone tell what is the Internal memory . It is showing only 2.27 GB instead of 4GB. My samsung Galaxy S3 shows internal memory 16GB

I am having some worst experiences with Spice Mi-498 Dream UNO. Battery is draining out so quickly. It takes almost 3-4 hours for it to charge from 0% to 100%. But in 20 to 30 mins it will be reduced to 80% even though I dont have any apps installed yet, not at all using internet. Design wise it looks good. very slim and handy. Features need to explore more. But performance wise it is not at all upto mark.
I suggest Spice Android one is not that great choice.

Yes. Facing same problem. Can not download apps using Google Play store using WiFi.
The download works after a few tries using GPRS/3G.
Thats a major pain. Apart from this one issue, the phone is really responsive and smooth to operate. The GPS locks almost instantly, thats something really nice.
Battery holds up well. Dont have to keep a charger handy every time you step out.

AnonD-312444, 26 Sep 2014Use an app called ringdroid, will let us choose the MP3.boss it doesn't work and even the default ringtones are not working. i tried uninstalling the app and changing the default ringtones and installing the app and doing the same tried switching on and off for the above trouble shooting steps. nothing works. now i have to reset it seems

No problem bought it from Flipkart. Only issue with spice is it is getting so hot while charging and during calls.
