Hi,People I got this mobile 9 months ago and my mobile is still look new but battery got swollen like a balloon which i'm afraid to keep inside the room so kept outside the corridor to avoid blast.People please help me from where can i get Battery even in the service center i'm not getting please help.

phone is good but company is so bad battries is not avlable very poor performance spice company not deserve to take any stand in indian market ...mind it and carry on quick otherwise you will in bottem possion .....

Let's all get together and go to consumer form and get our money back.l am in Delhi I will file case on your behalf free.Let's take this company to court.They are supposed to provide spares for five years.If u are ready email me at hjsahluwalia@gmail.com.

Don't purchase spice mobiles. Batteries are not available for these mobiles. I am contacting from many times.

Most complaints are regarding non availability of battery. Will company management give heed to the costomers grivience.

purchased this phone a year back but battery backup reduced from 5-6 hours to 1 hour, harldy.

I am facing same problem, its battery got bulged just after 10 months after purchasing, tried to contact even management through customer care by directly & also by e-mail but no response. Really no body should purchase spice mobiles

After making all effort i could not find battery anywhere. Phone is nice but service by company is worst. I had purchased this phone in Rs.12500/- but after one year it has no use due to non availability of battery. I will never purchase the spice phone in future.

Hi,
Myself also facing the same problem, Even in Andhrapradesh also we are not able to find the battery, since two months i'm finding for the battery like any thing, the spice customer service number will not work, and i had contacted thru mail, but will tel to check the details in website.
The Customer service centre they had took the order three times till now, but no use.
Spice is providing very worst service
If we want to purchase INDIAN Brands,it is happening like this only, If there are no accessories providing for the model, whey these guys are marketing the brand.

LOKESH, 24 Apr 2014Suffering because of battery, can i get anywhere hi lokesh i had the same problem then i had called spice customer care for mi-500 battery. then they had asked the serial no and battery no and requested to send them to my nearest spice service centre. which was received by me 4 days(please call them again to check whether it reached the service centre.
note service centre people will cahrge you more so ask call centre people for price and then order i had purcahsed at rs 650 all inclusive

there is no battery of this model in market.
I have search full gaffar market in karol bagh, same result there.
You can make a mail to spice customer care tell them your problem and then they will reply you with a reference number. With the help of this reference number you can get in touch with spice customer care in future.
you will get your battery in next 10-15 days from your complaint day.
