with regards to battery i think i could help.
my phone is cherry mobile TITAN, a rebranded spice mi500. i changed my battery to MSM brand when battery was also hard to find. i'll check if there are still stocks in cellphone stores. by the way, im from philippines

I am also facing the same problem. I did not heard my friends sujjetion that don't go to spice company products. Spice is a third grade company.I never buy this company products. I suffered a lot from this product. I sujjest u people not to buy products from Spice

Spice battery for MI-500 is bulged and when I am trying to get the same, am unable to find one. The service centre also doesnot have it and they also are unable to direct from where I can get it. Really pathetic. Pl. don't go for Spice.

There Service centers are pathet... moreSpice MI 500 as a phone was good but the service and response from spice services is pathetic, even my phone battery is down and am not able to get it, their website is not opening and is for sale.
Buying spice phone is the stupidest thing what i did and pls pls pls pls pls dont buy any spice phone, its a very serious recommendation, DONT BUY SPICE PHONES

Don't buy any Spice phone
There Service centers are pathetic, staff is not properly trained, doesn't know, doesn't listen, doesn't respond.
More over they don't have spares available if something happens, your phone is a gone case.
I am waiting for battery of Spice-Mi500 for a month now which I ordered at there Service Center in Bangalore.

I'm using for the last 10mths everything is fine n perfect I don't face any problem as of now, only concerned is speaker hearing sound very low n when I speak my Fran don't reconize my voice easily coz voice quality is different overall i loved it. Dear Fran's any idea to upgrade (J.B) i,e 4.1.?.
