Hi guys,
Bought this phone frm hs18 for rs 7000(flipcover+screenguard) after doing a big research for budget mobile under 10,000 having quad core,1gb ram,HD video recording,5" qhd IPS display.I"be been using this for 10 days.
Pros:
Smooth running due to quad core+1gb ram,gud touch response,excellent display with quality of colors
Camera is very good in daylight,abv avg in low light

Make sure your phone is connect to your laptop through USB Cable
1) Go to phone settings
2) Under Wireless & Networks, click more...
3) Select Tethering & Portable hotspot
4) You will see WLAN Hotspot, turn it ON
5) And select USB Tethering
You should be able to use the internet thru mobile now!

Doesn't this phone have a PC Suite to connect and read messages from phone through a laptop? I tried calling up Spice Customer Center and they said android phones do not have this option. PC suite is only to be able to connect to Internet or to access Mass Storage. Can someone clarify this please?

Dinu Sahu, 25 Jan 2014i want to reset my phone but i cant ...when i reset my phon... moreYou cant reset this phone like this. You have to go to recovery mode by pressing together vol up key and power key. There you will see factory data reset option.... i think you never understand like this... so let me tell you in detail... 1. Switch off the phone
2. Hold vol up key and power key together
3. Android icon will appear
4. Press once only the power key
5. You will see a chart including many option like... reboot systen now, wipe data/factory resetreset
6. Use vol up key to enter or choose option
7. Use vol down to navigation
8. To reset your phone select the wipe data/factory reset ooption. After click on that option you have to delete all user data.
9. Delete all user data
10. Back to main menu
11. Now click on reboot system now option
12. Thats all.... your phone will be reset.

anyway to improve battery backup ! I used spice mi 525 and its battery backup is unbelievable great . how a spice androide fone can deliver best result on battery backup, I feel jealous . friends do support.

i purchased it from ebay. Just three days after I received ,it fell down accidentally from office table and thereafter its touch pad stopped working. very delicate phone

How to connect internet on pc via bluetooth on spice mi-515. I have tried a lot but only able to connect via wi fi hotspot. Usb & bluetooth both can't be used to connect internet.Kindly suggest me a way to connect.
