Someone please help me! how can i save pictures to my pictures file if someone sends me a text with a picture?

thatdude , 25 Oct 2008yes the battery life does sux but what i found out is that ... morethats so true. wifi and bluetooth kills battery like theres no tommorow. also just use the data cable and charge your phone from a computer.

Ok, to answer marky's question, the G1 is ,uch better. G1 guy, 16GB cards do work.

You have to understand that this is the first phone that is powered by google. They will just keep getting better and better...

This damn device has so many problems, I think it might be cursed, why god, why me?!
Besides the GPS, video, sound, internet connection and a few more glitches, all is wonderful with my HTC G1....

I was wondering does anybody know how to save the pictures that you get in a text message. I tried everything and wasnt able to save the pictures that i receive. Can somebody help me with this? thank you.

I'm in the dfw area... morethe majority of your post is straight up jargon, what do you mean you can't copy and paste from one message to another? MENU+C to copy and MENU+V to paste, along with the rest of your post it's pretty obvious you didn't read the manual and have no patience to figure out how to perform certain functinos, LOL.
beware of his review as it is extremely flawed and ignorant as to what this device is capable of!

yes the battery life does sux but what i found out is that if u do a lot of texting or aiming that use a lot of battery to save a lil more just turn off ur wifi bluetooth and gps it seem the longer u hav tha phone tha battery get a lil better... i had my phone 4 bout a week..and i love it.....

I have had my phone a week now
Battery life not good, you cn help if you turn off
3g and gps. When you are not useing. However this is a pain. So battery does suck... this is the one big drawback. Camera is very basic and no video.
However
Touch screen is responsive even with screen protector
dont use the one that come with it though I used Zagt and screen responsiveness was much better.
I also have the I 900 which has a better camers and a ton more features, however i find that this screen is much more responsive and easier to browse the web.
much easier to watch u tube and to download than the I 900 ..in my opinion. The features it lacks are made up for by the responsiveness and the web browsing capabilities. The Gps is also pretty good.

the gps has no built-in maps.. its just a system which u have to udate everytime.. in order to view streets or places using gps, go the the nearest ratailers and download the country maps.. it'll cost you some money.. for instance, in malaysia it costs about RM50 to Rm80 to download MAPKing2007 and maps..

Guys
You have to understand that this device is the begining of Android. Google will be doing a lot more to improve this mobile OS in the near future. I have heard that software updates will be available through the Android Application market to address certain issues that people are having.
As the first Android phone, the G1 will have a lot of issues that you wouldnt expect on other established mobile OS's!
Language support will come in the very near future and as for sending and receiving files via blutooth, hang in there, this will to be available.
It's pretty much down to all those software developers out there to make software which will either make or break this OS and with a company like Google behind it, you can rest assured that you are in good hands!
Those of us who are buying the G1 right now are like guinea pigs! I know thats not nice but its true if you think about it. We will buy, moan and groan and then you will see improvements!
It will be a good year or two before Android becomes a full featured mobile OS. Just hang in there.
