TUrn off your phone,
Press the decrease volume button and at the same time turn your phone on keep the volume down button pressed after few seconds factory reset options will appear that will solve your problem.

skan, 15 Oct 2013ive for got the pattern anf my google account on my ph and ... moreYour 'stuff' should be on the SD card, just open up the battery compartment and take the sd card out, use an sd card adapter to pop it into the SD slot of a computer. All that should be on your phone is whatever apps you had, which you can re-install.
If you just forgot your google password, go to gmail on a computer and use the 'forgot password' link to have it sent to whatever your backup email was. Otherwise, you'll have to do a factory reset.
