A boot screen will appear, use volume to navigate and power button to select factory reset; and select reset all data. Note: backup your valuable data before doing this.

I took out the sim card for a moment and put it bsck into the .phone: now the the sim card is not working in the phone but it work in other phones can you tell me why acting up like that?;

Main get spoild during d process of repiriing it am very angry 4 repairing it bt u can only mak dat chaging icon of by pluging ur charger in even if phcn as taking d light dats wat i can say to u nah.
