eb, I certainly have that problem with the headset, but I've got used to it now. In the box there's the phone (obviously!), a pouch-style case, usb cable (also used for charging), three pin USB power adaptor, 2.5mm-3.5mm headphone adaptor, headphones (but they are REALLY bad quality), PC software and the usual user manual etc. Hope this helps :)

I have heard that t-mobile have stopped selling the Pulse!
I suspect the reason is political, Apple are ordering Orange to order t-mobile to stop selling Androids because they are a rival to the IPhone!!!!

Touch, 04 Jan 2010Please help me! Should i buy this phone or htc touch2? Does... moreYes, the Pulse has full Bluetooth support.
It is very difficult to say if it is better than a HD2 because most people do not own both phones.
You buy a phone and you stick with it for at least a year, or until it breaks down, or a phone pisses you off so much you can't wait to get a different one!

Just adding to my last post.
The Pulse does have Haptic feedback.
We have a choice of an Android or Touchpal keyboard.
On the Android keyboard, there is an option to have vibration feedback.
Also the Pulse has full bluetooth functions. Better then the IPhone!

Had the Pulse for a month. Here are the good and bad things about it.
I am comparing it to the market leader (the Iphone, the 2008 3G version, since I have access to it.)
BAD POINTS:
1) Still buggy, update difficult to download.
2) Street view in google maps poor quality.
3) Alarm clock will not sound, when phone is off!
4) Push/Pop email does not distinguish between unread and read emails (my email was Yahoo). It keeps notifying me of new e-mail, when all I have in my inbox is old read mail.
5) Sometimes will not change between the 3 keyboards and sometimes gets stuck in T+ or ABC mode. Solved this by going to landscape mode, then portrait etc.
6) No Haptic feedback.
7) Android applications of questionable quality.
GOOD POINTS
1) Viewing angle of the screen better than Iphone.
2) Web pages load faster than the Iphone(3G version).
3) COST. On PAYG I got it for £137
Cheapest Iphone is £342.

Hi to all of ya...
I am owner of T-Mobile Pulse Mobile Phone and i can say it worth every single penny (figure of speech).
I am also a beginner application developer for the Android OS.
From my experience so far i can say that all of you that have some complaints about the software stuff like the camera's poor settings or anything like that, bear in mind that u can make it better yourself by making another software.
The beauty of this phone is that u can change everything in it from kernel to the user level applications. So for example, if i don't like the file manager software i can develop an app that can replace the stock manager with better functions and options and quality of user-phone interaction.
To summarize everything...STOP complaining about software it can be changed by everyone with the knowledge of Java programming and just upgrade that knowledge with the Android SDK.
Even if u didn't knew Java programming and u know C or C++ programming it's easy to learn Android Application Developing, there are a lot of books that cover this branch of software development.
As for the hardware i am completely satisfied with it an have no complaints what so ever.
The accelerometer is very precise, the phone is double-louder than my previous phones that i owned, haven't tried the GPS so i cannot comment on that issue, it has video call camera...just haven't found how to use it (silly me :)).
The touch screen is better than Nokia's, Samsung's, but not iPhone, well the iPhone's applications are expensive so the iPhone has lost the battle here.
The pictures from the camera are great, for those that are saying that they r not good they think that the phone needs to have professional camera like the digital cameras (heloo!!! the phone is not a camera dudes...IT'S A PHONE!!!).
BTW, i have the phone is celebrating the 3rd day in my hands and i give him full 10 points on the design, the features and the performance.
It's the best phone i've ever used.
Thanks all, and don't think "To buy it?" just go buy it u can't be wrong about it, it's awesome phone.
