I use this phone since 3 years until today more than excellent i loved this amazing phone just one problem I can't upgrade software more android 11

    Bought this phone back in 2020, droped only one time and whole display broke so easy and And during covid there was no way me or send tcl phone to send back to china fix it.Even now because of this phone is not popular in my country ,places cant fix the display. Now tcl factory stopped producing this modul and still cant fix it.

        I agree with you. This phone has a decent hardware that could run up to Android 13 but the company for some unknown reasons no longer support it. In my opinion the reason why is to force the customers to buy their new phone models.

The Phone remains at Android 11 & 2021 security update with no hope for future updates. The COMPANY LIED about offering clients with two(2) years of OS upgrade.

          And YES, if you look for hardware, capacity and performance.

All Super AMOLED screens have this issue of burn-in, specially the ones from Samsung. I have ditched many Galaxy S & Note series Phones due to this issue.

                        It is an amazing phone, super for daily use and games as well as watching videos BUT .... BUT looks like screen burn in issue has ended my joyful.

                          Super affordable phone.

                              Left a new one at work over weekend ( >60 h total), with phone connectivity and tilt sensor on, WiFi/BT off. Battery at 83% afterwards.
                              Night Vision needs an additional manual focus, AF doesn't work with stars.

                                I'm not playing any kind of game. So i don't know about there game experience.
                                But using al other havy Financial and editing apps with my company Catalog.
                                Smooth
                                Fast
                                Good looking
                                And outstanding phone.
