I agree with you. This phone has a decent hardware that could run up to Android 13 but the company for some unknown reasons no longer support it. In my opinion the reason why is to force the customers to buy their new phone models.

BIG NO, if you look for software, security & customer services and supports. The Phone remains at Android 11 & 2021 security update with no hope for future updates. The COMPANY LIED about offering clients with two(2) years of OS upgrade. ...

Unfortunately, the only solution is to replace the Phone screen (which could worth you a cost for new Phone). All Super AMOLED screens have this issue of burn-in, specially the ones from Samsung. I have ditched many Galaxy S & Note series Phones ...
