I have had the phone for 3 months now. I have had nothing but issues with this phone. Data works whenever it wants to. Even though I get 4 bars most times. Text messages randomly don't send or take several minutes to send or receive. I have completed multiple factory restores. Called my Carrier multiple times but didn't get anywhere. Now that I am out of the return date I am stuck with a crappy phone. If I had known that it was Alcatel manufacturing I would. Not have bought it. I even tried to contact TCL but got nowhere with them they state I got to take the issue with my Carrier and my Carrier says nothing wrong on their end.

I think TCL will have a good upcoming phones think about it they only started and they already have a high mp camera and battery capacity with good video this will be like realme

Impressive for a first generation phone, above average IPS screen (understandably), obviously they can't match the volumes of xiaomi so still not the best bang for buck yet BUT easily better LCD screen than the always pretty bad IPS screens that xiaomi offer, looking forward to see how their second gen phones will do.

The china phones like xiaomi real me vivo etc cheap good anazing camera phones but they are pointless buying because they don't have certain network frequency bands with carriers

jonglaser, 23 May 2020but this works on verizon, att, and tmobile in USWell then i am glad i am from central europe we doont sell those crappy brands.
And the Verizon is costly but apart from that nothing special. Same like Telecom and many others carriers.
