Not so much opinion as question: I never see this listed as compatible with any US carriers. I want to use it as a backup phone home in the US and as a travel phone abroad (on prepaid pay as you go plans with appropriate SIM/eSIM. Is it not listed because it is too new? When given the chance to input its IMEI, it is also not found.
All the compatible phones seem to have 2 digits and one or more letters, like 50 XL but no 3 digit numbers like 501.
Can someone explain what is going on?

Bought as a stop gap between upgrades as I lost my Samsung phone.
It is truly the worst phone I've ever had. I wasn't expecting much for £50 but it barely even functions.
There is a lag on opening any app. If you do get an app to open it will crash after 20 seconds.
It can just about manage to handle WhatsApp but forget trying to do anything else with this phone.

Absolute crap. Dropped it once, now unusable, totally dead, can't even hard reset it. Even while it was working, basic apps like youtube kept crashing in the first week of use. AVOID.

Utterly unusable! Don't get it even for free. Lag 10s+ to open any app (even the keyboard), lots of crashes. Worthless. It's surprising such thing exists, it's an anomaly.

It is 4 euro less than Moto G04 in my country.
Guess the choice is clear then...

an android 14 phone with 2gb ram? i feel bad for anyone who buys this, because my motorola with 3gb of ram stuggles on android 12.

Dubious resolution aside, this phone should win a design award for not having holes on the screen. And I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out it has removable battery.
