Hello, i find it difficult ending my calls. Whenever I am making a call, the screen goes off and does not come up after the call for me to end my call. it remains dark thereby allowing for continuous reading of credit. what am i surpose to do. Thank you

Hey guys, I'm having issues with my new canon 12, same issues with my wife's canon 12 too.
1. The music stops 5mins after the phone screen goes off. I've reset the phone and also gone to the battery saving settings and they're OK, Still not working.
2. My whatsapp notification sound doesn't work again. The settings are OK.
3. Notifications on the top screen doesn't clear even after viewing the messages.
4. So many pop-ups and it's so disturbing, happening since I bought the phone.
5. No fonts at all. Even after downloading the fonts, it's not coming up on hi-themes.
6. Phone switches on earphone mode on itself.
7. The phone enters ambient mode often, no be me dey put am.
