When I make call the screen light will off, if am try to press the power button, it won't show the light, until it end call itself.

My Tecno camon 12 air model cannot receive or call or text anybody using the Safaricom line it only uses airtel line. Please help what is the resolution

why is it that this phone cant accept a memory card..in that I'm using it as my office...but any time i try to save my documents in the external card..it has no option of the same. Kindly explain the reason behind this
