a nice phone but my problem is when ever im making call the screen still remand on.not gooing dark .i dont know why....pls can som1 help me out ........thanks

My Tecno camon 12 air model cannot receive or call or text anybody using the Safaricom line it only uses airtel line. Please help what is the resolution

why is it that this phone cant accept a memory card..in that I'm using it as my office...but any time i try to save my documents in the external card..it has no option of the same. Kindly explain the reason behind this

Why is it that I can't make a conference call with camon 12 pro yet I was able to do something with phantom 6? What is it that am missing?
