I have used 3 phones with 5000mah including Itel. This one is the worst I have seen. The 5000 mAh is just a figure they wrote. Imagine charging battery full and the next morning by 10am it is 45% already. Scam!!!

Bought the phone at slot on 5th April. It takes long hours (5hrs) for it to be fully charge and battery barely last for a say when fully charged

Since I bought this camon 16s the proximity sensor is not working. Anytime I make or receive calls and put it close to my ear the screen doesn't go off. I have done all I need to do even done factory settings. Needs solutions pls.
