Why is my Tecno Camon 18 having voice issues for calls. I have to put it in loudspeaker for it to work. I cant hear the other person unless its in loudpspeaker. Someone please help

I hav a friend who uses a 2014 galaxy grand prime buh the camera is still ok.. Show me a tecno/infinix phone of 2016 that still has a bright and i will show u a goat that flys.
