Anonymous, 19 Feb 2023I am also experiencing the same problem for some time nowIt has a fast charging feature which is very effective but after a while it stop charging fast like usual it's now very slow infact it doesn't charge fast at all it takes about 20 minutes to add a percent to the charging am really tired of this what can I do about it

Please I'm having serious issues with my charging. At first when I bought it, it was fast charge but now it's not fast charging and to make things worse it doesn't charge sometimes. Please is there anyone else experiencing this?

My self, 30 Nov 2022Something is showing in between the network area and the ba... moreIt's the mobile internet speed. It comes on when you switch on mobile data. To turn it off, go to settings and type "network speed" on the search bar. It will take you to the page where you can toggle it off. It will be highlighted so you can identify it easily. It's the same process to turn it on. The higher the numbers, the better your internet speed. So you can use it to monitor your internet speed on any sim card or WiFi

Something is showing in between the network area and the battery area , in this form 173 B/s or K/s how can I remove it , the numbers too keeps changing. How can I remove it . thank you

I bought the phone camon 18i last month but when am pressing it just for 5 minutes the hotness of the phone is too much and the battery drain faster please I don't know what to do to stop the hotness and draining of the battery
