Hello Everyone... I just got my camon 18i, but I cannot use COMPASS on it..
Even thogh the specification stated it under the sensors features that there is a compass sensor in the phone.. please anyone with an idea of how to go about it, I need the compass to work... Thank you

My Tecno Camon 18i get too hot when I'm using it and at first it was not like that and it started this Saturday on the 19th March 2022.so what should I do ?

Guys can someone help me please... I bought mine just yesterday... But the problem is in the desktop settings where there is an app hider... I wonder all the application are there but only message app doesn't appear there please 🙏🙏

Pls o..when I tap the Android version of camon 18i repeatedly, the Android version does not pop up...and they told me that's how it's built.. someone should confirm this for me..I no know if na clone be this

Eri, 15 Feb 2022I am having issue of battery with this Camon 18i, it cannot... moreCheck your settings well and observe the phone charger it with it charger...it same phone I'm using with heavy internet game like COD AND PES MOBILE can play this game for like 4 to 5 hrs and still use it till night... Infact the regular time i charge mine is around 3 or 4 am the morning then the rest days goes with games and small tops up

It is not accepting 4G internet. When i try to purchase a 4G internet bundle, a message comes out saying "This phone does not accept a 4G sim card line. Continue and purchase if you have another phone"
I think I will return it to the dealer.

I am having issue of battery with this Camon 18i, it cannot last me for a whole day. I bought it new even not upto 2weeks now. And this is making me loose interest in Tecno product when it's come to battery, why would someone use huge amount of money to buy new phone and at the end of it. The battery will be giving someone problem. 100% charged and I started using it from 7:30am, exactly around 7:30pm I had 4% back. And not that I on data throughout the day.
