The camera became duller and gave more inconsistent photos, and games became laggy and the phone generally slower after system updates.....they want you to not be able to compare your 20 pro to the camon 30 despite the fact that they have the same processor. Just reset your phone. It might remove the updates

I bought the Tecno Camon 20 Pro at the end of December 2023... it's a great phone, very fluid and complete. It came from the factory with Android 13 and HiOS 13; it has received all the security patches, and a few months ago it received a major system update, so it now works under Android 14 and HiOS 14. Excellent value for money.

I bought this phone in early January of 2024 , and its spoilt as I am typing now and i have to go for another phone.
This is the worst experience I have had with any of Tecno products I have used so far for I am a die-hearted Tecno fan.
I only hope they will improve on this particular device as there seem to be a flaw in the internal make up of this particular phone as it is not durable .

i got this phone cant even reach one Year old for me 2 battery bloated im so disappointed.. i use to love this phone but now im kinnda buy a new one.. and im not gonna buy again another Chinese brand phone i got enough

I really love this phone, i never used a phone for more than 3months but sincerely speaking this phone has been with me for the 10th month now and I have no intention of changing it everything is very perfecr, I am thinking of buying 30pro because if 20pro can be like this what about 30pro, this is the one of the best phone I used so far in my life.

Since updating my phone, I experience serious lagging and system UI frequent crash on basic stuff like WhatsApp and TikTok. Gaming is catastrophic.

I have this phone for 6 months
And i had a problem the first day i had it
Its when am randomly using my phone and then suddenly the screen go off for a second or less
the system freeze with the screen turning off
Its like very fast
The phone is normal though
Any explanation about what is this issue ?
