Hi, I have a concern about the Tecno camon 20 pro 5g at the Wi-Fi level, it is specified that the device integrates a Dual-band Wi-Fi (the 2.4 Ghz band and the 5.0 Ghz band) yet I try to connect to the 5 Ghz band of my Wi-Fi box, the band does not display! The phone only displays the 2.4 Ghz band. A help to solve the problem would be really helpful to me, thank you.

The specs say this phone supports wireless charging but I have tried different wireless chargers it's not working. Has anyone tried wireless charging and it worked. I have tecno camon pro 20 5g
